First time passing through Ozark in ages and first time at Arkansas Brewing. Wanted something light in heft, not light in body, and easily enjoyable and that’s exactly what I got with this beer. Lots to like if you’re into this style and since it’s still warm in these parts, this hit the spot nicely!
Not surprisingly, this poured a straw gold with a little visible carbonation to it. The moderate head they topped it off wasn’t long-lasting as there wasn’t any lacing to be seen once I took some sips. Some European hops, grass, and grain in the nose as the malt and potato chip presence kicked in on the palate. Nice, medium body as this was easy to quaff, low on “skunk”, and pretty true to form stylistically. A soft floral undertone was also present and gave this a nice softness that made it fun without any hints of being watered-down.
There wasn’t any trace of alcohol either as this was the perfect session beer for the Natural State. Hoping these guys start to sell cans the next time I find myself in Ozark!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
