A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger fizzy, but tight white head that receded quickly to a wispy cap with a moderate collar; no lacing;

S: a little sweet, a little spice;

T: sweet graininess from start to finish; other that a mild bitterness at the end, there is no hop character;

M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: too sweet for a helles - the balance was off; closer to an AAL;

Poured from a 12 oz can dated BB 5/11/25 into the test glass
A - Excellent clarity, lemon yellow color, gently carbonated, thin white cap
S - A bit of noble hops, light grainy thread with some fresh baguette, and honey notes
T - Biscuity grains, with a bit of lemongrass in the mix, from the hops
M - Lite and crisp, excellent feel, dances across the palate, A bit of tension with the sliightly bitter side winning.
Dry finish.
O - A very good offering, excellent texture, lovely concise flavors, a real treat

The pour is golden yellow with a fair amount of carbonation. The taste is biscuit malt, grains, with light hops. Cheers! B

Decent IPA. Hits of chocolate or some sort of sweet thing and very slight hints of some sort of fruit. You can definitely taste the alcohol which can be unsettling if you typical enjoy light beer like myself.

No canning date (best before 10/4/2023); consumed on 9/20/2023

Pours a heavily foggy, straw-gold body capped with multiple fingers of fluffy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention leaves a half-finger of cap, modest, frothy collar, and limited array of webby lacong strewn across the walls of the glass.

Aroma features an airy yeast coursing to stale white bread as tinges of peppercorn meet wisps of lemon peel; a grassy edge finds a toasty underscore as minerality settles over time.

Taste offers a hint of honey meeting an immediate floral inflection, projecting slight lemon verbena through soft, grassy undertones over the mid-palate; robust yeast and hearty bread dough mark the back end of the profile, while a faint minerality/iced tea sensation tingles the swallow.

Mouthfeel brings a lighter body and a full, rounded carbonation, levying crisp, taut textures over a steady dryness past the mid-palate as a persistently clean back end remains tightly structured through the finish.

An evenly composed Helles marked by basic, bready structuring and a mild sweetness teasing a deeper florality.
