ABV: 7 IBU: 20 SRM: 6
Hops: Styrian Goldings, Hersbrucker

Sauce and beer combine to create a new frontier! DBW's "Oyster Chang Abbey" is born! Using oyster sauce, a classic Chinese brew, this beer delivers the deep richness, sweetness, and fragrant aroma of a long-aged beer.
Caramel malt and sauce create a subtle deep color and rich flavor.
The richness and sweetness of oyster sauce, a classic Chinese brew, are recreated in this craft beer.
The subtle deep color and sweet, savory aroma reminiscent of long-term aging add depth to the flavor.
Using Styrian Golding hops as the main brewing base, and
varying the timing of addition, the spicy aroma characteristic of the Abbey style is complemented by a hint of tangerine, harmonizing with the umami of oyster sauce. Fermented with Abbey yeast and a re-pitched yeast used in "Nishinari Riot Ale,"this new Abbey beer blends Nishinari DNA with Belgian style. Try it.
