Derailleur Brew Works is a collection of craft beer factories and planning and operation teams that was established to recreate the recipe of Nishinari Riot Ale, with a focus on AREA2470 = Nishinari, a town where you can enjoy drinking from the morning.

The name Dereira means "one who strays from the path = one who chooses their own way of life" in French, and we believe in continuing to make beer with an idea and mind that is not bound by common sense or a single path.

Each beer has its own thoughts and background. Who brewed it and why? What kind of thoughts did you have in mind? Was it frustrating, or did you want to be happy? Maybe it was to relieve loneliness, or maybe it was anger.
We want to use not only the taste of the beer but also the design of the label to convey the thoughts and background that we wanted to convey.

There are as many stories as there are lives. There are sure to be as many stories as there are beers brewed.
