"Medium" pour at Great German Chef in Kawasaki, Japan. Entering review from notes.
Pours murky whitish yellow, approximately two centimeters of dense stiff head. Lots of carbonation, head still dissipating. Smell is lemon pith, lots of lemon pith. Taste is a confusion of citrus pith, melon, bubble gum, booze, overripe tropical fruit, maybe some white peach. Mouthfeel is medium to thick. Slight chalky texture. Overall...it's a lot of stuff going on. It's a ton of good flavors, but they don't meld well.
