From an undated 16oz can into a mug.
Pours a translucent pale golden yellow with maybe a finger of white head. Pretty decent retention and moderate lacing.
Getting a balance of floral, peppery and bready notes on the nose.
Sharp peppery hops up front with a nice balance of bready malt to even things out.
Medium-bodied with medium to high carbonation. Drying, bitter aftertaste.
Really enjoying this brew.
