Their flavored kolsches don't change in color much from the base, but are a bit hazier yellow, with a thin white head.
Poured in a proper kolsch glass, this has a very softly pillowy, even feathery feel, somehow translating as barely there yet not thin while delivering faint hints of my childhood favorite bubblegum! At the same time, it's uncannily not sweet or sticky, even exhibiting a soft crispness and finishing semi-dry.
At the end of the week this was our favorite flavored kolsch, but their base is actually quite standout on its own.
