They were fizzy, but not foamy pours that emptied two twelve ounce cans into a clear glass liter mug. There's no staying power from the off-white head. It's color is very brightly light amber and almost clear. Lime is in the air and it's all that the nose gets. Thankfully, there's more to taste than lime. Behind the lime, at least for the style, there's a pleasant hop presence, as well as some malt. Perhaps this is really only on the adjunct American Lager level, but it's not a bad one. Its body is at least as good as most of America's favorites. The finish is as clean as the glass after the beer is gone. As long as you like the taste of lime, there will be times this will be refreshingly enjoyable.
