Local Poison Apple Ale pours a hazy yellow, with a medium-sized head. Sweet apple juice notes. The flavor is sweeter and very much like apple juice. Good feel.

16oz can into a tall glass. Batch # 2301, but don't think that means 01/23.

Hazy peach colored body. Small white head shrinks to a ring, specks of lacing. Sweet apple aroma. On tasting, sweet, apple, the barest suggestion of ginger. Finish has a brief sour wheat note, perhaps the base, before the apple reclaims its place.

Overall, clean, easy drinking, good starter for the Thanksgiving Day feast.
