Poured from 375mL bottle into a tumbler. Best by June 2028.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a light dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop. Looks nice.
Smell: light malt with a moderate funk. Not really sour, but there's a dash of something lemony or even hints of grains-of-paradise here; it's subtle, but nice.
Taste: a bit funky with a slightly grainy malt character. It's nice, but it lacks a little of the finesse I like in a grisette.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and a really nice creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer, but its saison flavor profile is just a little too bold for a grisette in my opinion.
