Having this beer on tap at the brewery. Drawn and served in a Standard pint glass, this beer is a clear, light golden color with some streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beers surface. Has a white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served before settling to a nice thick ring lining the inside of the Glass along with a very thick film layer of surface foam and excellent lacing. Aromas of some bready malts, a bit Off peppercorn, some clove and banana notes, and a little of that barnyard funk do you expect to find in a beer of this style. Taste wise, it is very similar to all of the aforementioned characteristics. Good balance of flavors. Has a crisp, and smooth, slightly frothy, medium body mouth feel moderate carbonation. Very drinkable and all of the flavors coat the inside of my mouth palate and linger for a while after each sip for the aftertaste. A very nice, and in some ways kind of unique, representation of this style of beer.

Fairly clear sparkling gold with a short off-white head.
To my palate, this was more in the hefe and wit realm, delivering bold flavors of soft banana bread and floral pear that quickly turn to a quite spicy, bitter clove finish that almost leans into cardamom.
The medium body has a fine, nearly crisp carbonation.
