First, it may be a bit harsh to call this an Adjunct just because barley is mixed in with the rice base. But Noosa's seems like it a bit over half rice and Japanese lagers usually are close to all rice; so I don't think we should change the styling. But Adjunct's have a bad reputation and Noosa's is more subtle and deserves more love.
Noosa's Lager Looks slightly better than average, a nice head fades on an OK pale. Smells do not offer much other than sweet malt. Fortunately, Tastes become well-balanced by just enough hops. Finishes semi-dry. Medium-mouthed for the American style.
I give Noosa good Overall Hugs for being a lager specialist of the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area.

This one was drunk during a family dinner at the Noosa Beach House in June 2024, so my notes are perfunctory at best.
L: Bright golden orange with a thin, bright-white head.
S: Sweet rice and malts, and floral hops.
T: As with the nose, there's sweet malt and a ricey minerality. It's moderately bitter.
M: In the mouth, there's a full, creamy body and medium carbonic bite.
O: This was a nice rice lager to mark the last night of my Noosa holiday.
Cheers!

This is a very high quality lager and definitely a beer I would drink again. The aroma is lovely and compares to the best European and Japanese lagers. It's certainly not as good as the tremendous Koshihikari Echigo, but a great beer in its own right and certainly better than the likes of domestic Asahi and Orion.
The rice is very noticeable in the finish, but ultimately, the finish is a bit disappointing even for a lager. Nevertheless this is my kind of craft beer.
