Had on tap at the brewery with gwuilliums on 12/23/10.
Chuck, the owner, told me that this is brewed with pear juice.
A: Light copper color with decent formation and retention. Slight lacing.
S: Very fresh smelling malt and hops.
T: Nice light malt flavor with a medium level of spicy hops.
M: Medium-light body and good level of carbonation.
D: This is really easy to drink.

A - Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing.
S- Moderate sour citrus aroma.
T - Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
M - Medium body with a slick texture and flat carbonation.
D - This beer met my expectations.
