Dimscûa is a Black Lager, hopped with a generous hit of both traditional and modern Hallertau hops with just a touch of biscuit sweetness, overall remaining dry and easy drinking.

For a two year old brewery, Indie Rabble is about heady stuff. "Down With Bad Things" repeats their website, quite a good one for a two year old. But they are mostly about the beer, unless you can read the tiny copy on the black label of Dimiscua. Regardless of how heavy the copy and the music of the band Dimiscua, I give this toddler very good Overall Hugs for making the most of their few years and adding the music component to their business. Apparently they developed the recipe with the band. Also, Dimiscua (the beer) is their first micro-collaboration and they did it with Radio City Beer Works.
Dimiscua pours a nice head and has some staying power. Smells are only slightly above the average of this roasty style. Tastes are better, balanced and a semi-dry and toasted finish. Light of medium-mouthed, but still soft and comforting in the winter.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
