Inkhorn Brewing

Visit on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there were only six beers on tap.
Small little brewery serving good beers. I only wish there were more on tap when we visited, but that’s the luck of the draw sometimes.

Visited yesterday, early on a Saturday afternoon. Moderately large place and above-average-sized taplist by Tokyo standards. Maybe 9 taps. Mostly IPA (I think one was a pilsner), and actually pretty impressed with the three IPAs I tried (red, hazy TIPA, and WC). Staff was friendly and spoke a little English, across the language barrier couldn't really make out if she knew anything about beer. Crowd was fairly distant (but it can be hard to strike up conversation with the only white guy in the building in Tokyo when you're not confident in your English).

Pretty busy -- lots of people coming in, getting a beer or two, leaving. They have cans to go and I think I saw them do a growler fill. Kind of out-of-the-way, but there's at least a couple other worthy beer sites walking distance from them.

If you like IPA, this is a very good place. Definitely enjoyed my stay, will be a hard decision between the amount of time it takes me to get there from my usual haunts and the excellent IPA I get there...
