from UnTappd description--
Opalescent light color, white and
persistent foam, slightly herbaceous
bouquet. Very drinkable beer, fresh
and refreshing, on the palate it's
round with a medium hoppy finish

Since I am the first to add a beer from this micro-gypsy and the first review of their flagship lager (at least counted by UnTappd), I'm going to let someone else write a detailed review and, instead, write about what is interesting about Kbirr.
Unfortunately, much of what I say is speculation because I could not find the English button on their website. As difficult as it is for me to understand Italian (when I can read it), I can surmise a lot from the pictures. First, they spent a lot on their website to make it beautiful. Second, their product line is four-fold (pretty good for a micro) who brews because of the kindness of others. There is a high-end Limited Edition strong line (Federiciana); then there is a Idee Regalo line which are fancy boxed sets of famous people wrapped in creative art and a heady sense of humor. Third is a premium line of 4. And fourth is Pop, or Kbirr's popular line ... also of 4 brews. Natavota is in the Pop line.
Finally Kbirr as a name is derived from a Sicilian exclamation of joy. It's so nice to see that a wine culture is taking beer seriously. Possa la vostra gioia durare cento anni .... May your Joy last 1,000 years.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
