Canned on 12/6/2023; consumed on 1/10/2024
Pours a turbid, milky dandelion-gold hue capped with a finger and a half of creamy, soapy, white foam; good head retention yields a half-finger of cap, modest, frothy collar, and myriad spatter of sudsy, spotty lacing strewn comprehensively across the walls of the glass.
Aromas of grapefruit peel and peach zest find an ultra-dank peak marked with a distinctly peppery air; accents of lime jelly bean meet dry grass atop a honeyed white tea subtext while fresh papaya underscores toward the back end of the bouquet.
Taste opens with dry grass, peach skins, and grapefruit peel; a dank overlay coats bright white grape must over the mid-palate as a hint of papaya sweetness in the backdrop phases to wet moss and floral resins on the finish, while white guava lingers past the swallow.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body and a level fluff of moderate carbonation; creamy textures find a glossy mid-palate, with a choppy hop bittering on the back end see the profile closing crisply and with a slight hop twang.
Immense, glossy dank imbues potent, uniquely floral resins and tempered fruit saturation in a silkily coherent, structured profile; a raw hop bill largely prevails despite unmitigated intensity.
