She is a wild one, always down to dance a polka, take a shot and eat late night Del Taco. Fueled by copious amounts of Mosaic and Strata, she is a fiecracker always ready to explode.

This is the current version dated 01/29/2025. Pours a clear pale golden color with abundant foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Aromas of lemon, straw, and bread. Tangy and light bodied with a spritzy mouthfeel. Tastes of melon, green herbs, and a hint of orange peel and a mineral finish. Just a slight but welcome bitter aftertaste. The hop flavors are delicious and restrained. Overall this is a great example of a hopeful trend in IPAs-- plenty of flavor without dialing up to 11. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.

On tap at Hollingshead in Orange, CA.
This one is Kim K without the filler (it drinks more like a Pale Ale). Yeah, it’s missing everything artificial about her that makes her ‘pop’ (not that I want anything artificial in my beer. But you get what I mean). It’s a fine beer - as I’m sure Kim is without all the injections. But it’s nothing special.
You can’t hit a home run if you don’t swing, my children.
