Handsome dark amber-brown brew with abundant foam in the Bacchus glass. Grainy and winey aroma. Spritzy and medium bodied in the mouth. Taste is the classic Amber Ale with musty malt and too much hops. A lot of bitterness which lingers long into the aftertaste. there is just a little malty flavor followed by some butter, but it all devolves into the bitter ending. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 10/06/2025.
