Pours a clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Aromatics are tremendous with melon and peach. This has plenty of carbonation and a light sudsy body. Taste is just slightly sweet to let the fruit shine. Flavors of green melon and unripe apricot and some kind of hard candy. I think the Superdelic hop is a winner for big aromatics and less bitterness. But it does have plenty of bitterness, it just doesn't linger too long. This is another less-aggressively hopped IPA that lets the flavors shine through. In the running already for best IPA of the year for me. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
