Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the chalice. Pleasant aroma of peach with a whiff of pine and green leafy stuff in the nose. Not at all sweet and the flavor all seems to be hops. Taste is herbal and green. Clean aftertaste but on the mineral rather than fruity side. Finishes with rather Spartan taste of stems and a touch of Sprite. Not overly bitter, however. From the 16 oz can purchased at O’Shea Brewing. Dated 02/19/25.
