Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Ommegang chalice. Sparkly and light mouthfeel. Aromas of grapefruit and lime. Clean and lean flavors with fruit through it all. Just a slight malty flavor and plenty of citrus and melon. A scratchy, dry finish with moderate bitter aftertaste. This is very easy to drink and has a rewarding balance of fruit and bitterness, though it is on the austere side. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 2/10/25, so it's less than a month old.
