Clear bright golden brew with adequate foam in the St. Bernardus globe. Quite aromatic. Just getting a few feet away from my wife she says "Your beer smells like grapefruit." The hop list sounds alarming but the beer doesn't taste overly Dynaboosted. The flavor is rather mild, as IPAs go, but distinctly grapefruit. The bitterness is also modest. Overall this is a very pleasant hoppy brew to quaff, but you might get tired of the endless grapefruit. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Smudged date stamp.
