Jersey’s Helles is our crisp, golden German-style lager brewed in collaboration with the Bloomfield Animal Shelter — the very place where we adopted our brew pup, Jersey. She was right there with us in the garage while we were crafting the recipes that would become future Varitage beers, tail wagging the whole way.
Clean, bready malt character with a gentle floral hop note makes this Helles as easy-drinking as it is meaningful. Every pint is a nod to finding your own “brew pup” and giving a shelter animal their forever home.
