Ghost of History is a rich, complex, and comforting black Lager with a very smooth palate. And boy is it dark! It’s hitting about 40 on the SRM scale.

Draft at Manito Tap House. Near black pour, thin, soft tan head, some lacing. Roasty aroma, bitter. Taste is rich and roasty, burnt toast with a nice soft mouth feel and full body.
