10 oz in a sort of micro-nonic at the brewery
Appearance: Hazy yellow with a short white head.
Aroma: Somewhat faint, but some citrus and sourness.
Taste: Big blast of grapefruit. This is described as a “guava sour,” but I get way more grapefruit. Guava is there though. Also mango, maybe oranges and lemons. Definitely sour.
Mouthfeel: Won’t destroy your face but is definitely sour as all get out.
Overall: Tasty, approachable sour. This is a gluten-free brewery, but you probably wouldn’t notice from this offering. Definitely worth a try for sour beer fans.
