16oz. Can into a pint glass.
Pours a hazy pale yellow. Nice, coarse white head. Thick lace. Nose is citrus, pineapple, and overripe starfruit. Beer opens with hints of pineapple and grapefruit. Sweet with a sprinkle of rind bitterness. Super dry. Lemon zest, cane sugar, and dried up clementine complete the flavor profile. Nice citrus on the aftertaste. Body is light with ample carbonation. Aggressive, foamy. Bone dry on the palate. Short finish. Very refreshing.
Really nice. Could be a bit softer.

I usually start atop the list of criteria and work my way down but as soon as the can popped the aroma was crazy. Only brew getting a 5 on smell on any rating I’ve done. Color is superb and feel is smooth. The finish was dry on the palate at the end which is a preference thing for people.
