Pint, 7%, at Craft Beer Bar IBrew Ebisu
Pours clear bright brassy yellow, pours with almost no head. Substantial carbonation. Smell is juicy, hint of resin, honey and flowers. Taste is an interesting mix of east and west coasts. Strong resin and fruit skin bitterness. Clear juicy tropical notes. Bitterness dominates, but otherwise east coast profile. Mouthfeel is medium to light, not quite crisp. Taste and interesting IPA.
