Praguer from GameCraft Beer. 16 fl oz can from @2beerdogs in NBW BIF 17. Reviewed 05/05/23 (Review 3092). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Undated can. Stored at 34 degrees at home. Served at 45.1 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 49.4 degrees F.
Appearance – 4.5
First pour – Pale Straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Gold (SRM 5), opaque. Under direct light, same. When rear lite, same.
Head: Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), seashell, medium density, average retention, reducing to an undulating 0.7 – 1.0 cm crown fed by carbonation and a rocky complete cap.
Lacing – Fair.
Aroma – 4.25 – A little toasted malt, a little biscuit/cracker. No hops, no yeast. No ethanol (5.0 % ABV as marked on the label) aroma.
Flavor – 4.25 – Follows the nose. Slight hop bitterness. No yeast. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No gastric warming. A dry, crisp finish.
Palate – 4.25 – Medium; watery; lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4.25 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container) Generally speaking, I’m not a pilsner fan because I can never taste the bready/crackery maltiness they claim, and the hops just seem like most lagers. This one follows the guidelines; hell, it could be the guideline!

Pours a beautiful strata, golden in color, fluffy white head picks up two fingers high. Good retention, slight lacing.
Nose is a beautiful mix of slightly dry, peppery notes, a hint of grass, and grain.
Flavor follows the nose nicely. A mild biscuity base, some herbal grass and lemon blossom.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, mildly active in carbonation, and finishes with a nice dry bitterness.

Served in a tall and sexy pint glass, this one delivered like Petra Nemkova in her prime. Yeah, I’m into it like eating Svíčková na smetaně on a rainy day in Brno. It just hits the spot like... Oh wait, here comes my girlfriend.
Peace!

Clear, rich amber in color with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Tangy and sudsy on the tongue. Resiny and flowery aroma with a roasted malt nose. Flavors of malt, bread, and a spicy note. Hints of straw and a woody aftertaste.
A touch of bitterness in the aftertaste but less than a lot of Pilsners. It's mild but flavorful. This is another of the highly quaffable Lagers that GameCraft excels at. From the 32 oz crowler can picked up at the brewery restaurant.
