This is the current Anniversary IPA. And a delicious one. The endless fruit flavors taste so fresh and unusual. Moderate bitterness and long aromatics.
Clear golden yellow brew with plenty of foam in the tall IPA glass. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Crisp and tangy with a pleasing malty sweetness that lingers into the bitter aftertaste. Very aromatic with melon, apricot, and citrusy notes. Quite flavorful in the fruit line, with honeydew, orange peel, and a hint of grapefruit. There's a trend into the darkness but it's quite well balanced and seriously West Coast. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewpub.
