On tap at Gamecraft.
Straw to yellow in hue. Yes, it’s “hazy-ish.” Fluffy white head puffs up and dissipates fairly quickly yet keeps a solid ring that leaves a surprisingly abundant curtain of lacing.
Nose starts out subtle at first, then slowly builds into a nice floral citrus zest accompanied by some creamy oatmeal notes. Hints of grass and pineapple come through as well. Patience is required and rewarded.
Flavor follows the nose well. A gentle nod to lemon meringue moves to the creamy oatmeal. A gentle meandering follows through a path of honeydew, pineapple, and lemon kissed shortbread.
Mouthfeel is light, fluffy, and well carbonated. Finish is both sweet and drying.
Overall, I really like this one.
