Drunk fresh at the source in January 2024.
L: Solidly ruby Brown, with a thin, creamy, off-white head. No carbonation can be seen through the darkness of the beer.
S: Nose of creamy brown sugar with an underlying note of sweet cola and milky tea.
T: The beer is smooth and sweet, with brown bread, sweet chocolate, cola, tea leaves and berries. Bitterness is low.
M: Smooth and full on the mouth with low to medium carbonation.
O: A very approachable, easy-drinking dark ale.
