Drunk fresh at the source in January 2024.
L: Light gold with a thin covering of white froth. Small amounts of large-bubbled carbonation can be seen in the glass.
S: Very light and clean biscuity malts.
T: Very clean; sweet, bready malts; perfectly dialled-in floral bitterness. This is an exceptionally flavoursome and clean lager.
M: Full bodied, with medium carbonation with a kick on the way down.
O: A lager is the best way to judge a small brewer's chops, and this one is excellent.
