Existence: Pinot Noir from Insight Cellars is an 8.8% Lambic that represents an elegant fusion of depth and refinement.
This beer is brewed with hand-picked cherries and matured carefully in German Pinot Noir casks, adding a subtle vinous character and deep complexity. The intense fruit flavor of the cherries balances beautifully with the barrel-shaped notes that bring tones of dark berries and a touch of oak to the glass.

Copenhagen 23/2 2025, 75 cl bottle with a cork stopper. Label in cool green and blue colors with a windy creature in af green jacket.
Pours opaque murky burgundy red with a small white head Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Cherries soon overpowered by a sharp, strong tart sour scent. Tart Gooseberries and a little bit of Citrus A vinous scent from the wood curling in the background.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a vinous quality. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Dry and tart - with a ight relief from the sweet Cherries.
