Copenhagen 10/10 2024. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin. Magasin, Kbh. K. Off-white can with a lot of colorful flowers.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Rawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and ripe berries. Whiff of tart citrus fruit. Peach and currants. Tart citrus. Touch of gooseberries. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more subdued bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Tart and dry.
