West Coast Pilsner full of citrus and tropical hop notes while exceedingly crushable. Perfect for IPA lovers searching for lighter and lager drinkers searching for more flavor. A nod to Grace Bros Brewing, which operated in Santa Rosa California between 1897-1967.

Can purchased and drank at Grandma Bob’s in Detroit, MI.
This one pours a clear golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty lemony and pithy, with some breadiness, and pine.
This is definitely quite a hop forward little pale lager – it’s very lemony, piney, and grapefruity, but with a pleasantly crackery and bready malt backbone. Traditionalists may not love it, but it’s undeniably brewed well.
This is very light bodied, refreshingly fizzy, pale, and dry, with a great drinkability.
I really enjoyed this – I wish I had it available locally.

Feels more like an IPA than a pilsner. I needed a glass of water alongside this one. Not bad, but just not what I want out of a pilsner. Too sweet, and not very refreshing.
