I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a tumbler.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a totally clear body and a finger of eggshell foam. Looks nice.
Smell: aroma is a little grainy and a little yeasty; it’s nice, but there’s a little bit of a sharpness that doesn’t quite fit.
Taste: slightly sweet with a bit of a yeasty fruitiness, yielding kind of a “soft” flavor. Bitterness is low but I like the hop character.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a nice carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: a nicely drinkable Pilsner. This one works for me.
