very tasty new school hazy here, terpene forward, high hop concentration, fresh as can be, not too yeasty or gloopy and sedimented, clean to drink as the style goes, and with a very unique hop complexion, this is made with cashmere cryo, el dorado cryo, sabro, and triumph, way cool, not sure ive seen these cryo variants before, and its super forward and punchy. pale yellow and unassuming under a short white head, a bit fizzy, not real dense as these go. the hop nose on this is awesome, weed gummies, candied peach, super ripe cantaloupe, lime, and coconut, even with the cryo driving this, i still get the contribution of the sabro specifically coming through. concentrated and intense but not sticky and not green either, really dynamic and flavorful, lemon and cut flowers as it warms. the flavor is so good too, bright and bold early, melon and pear, grapey sativa, definite sauvignon blanc character too, almost that phantasm thing in here, elevated in that way, white peach too, light sweetness late, and the whole thing seems simply built on some almost raw wheat to me, maybe some oats but it isnt heavy, smooth and long and extended, some hop linger but its not burning at all either, lightly bitter, absolutely original mix and just delicious. one of the more memorable hazy types ive had this summer, real well done. this brewery doesnt seem to be getting the hype, but ive been impressed so far, this one is lovely!
