12oz can courtesy of my wife's boss; first experience with Schussboom
Poured into a Level Belgian-style tulip
P clear deep amber/chestnut w/ a 1-2f foamy light khaki head; fairly quick recession
N med nose of light toastiness and a candied sweetness; inviting
T lots of well-toasted malts and toffee; light graininess; pretty tasty; a bit on the rich side and satisfying
Mf med to med-full bodied and super smooth; med high carb
O a really likable red; simple, yet tasty profile paired with a great mouthfeel
