Light golden colour, iridescent. White, finely bubbled foam. Forms a very tall, compact with a long reduction time.
Aroma obviously smoky, strong, intense. There is smoked sausage, smoked cheese, campfire. It is delicious.
The taste is dry. Of course the smoky notes accompany us here throughout. Dry, hoppy bitterness.
Medium-plus saturation. Texture smooth, gives the impression of being oily. Body medium. Long smoky, dry aftertaste.
