This one of our core beers, our Graff made with Gravenstein apples. We decided to age a very small batch in a Chardonay barrel, from Vice Versa Wines, for 11 months. The aging process really added a whole combo of things: rich but balanced oak notes, bright, slightly acidic, tart, crisp, notes of apple but not too sweet, sparkling & dry….., reminiscent of wine (except it’s beer).
