(12 oz pour, at the brewery yesterday; review copied over from scratch notes taken, with additions/edits in parenthesis and summary today)
Lime, grapefruit tones... hazy blond IPA (build similarly to) the others (I've had as from them as of late)... minty, grassy, (bruised) flower aftertaste... slightly less oat-y character (compared to) the(ir) other (IPAs), but the overall profile (and construct doesn't seem) much different... (featured) hops (expressed) a lil, but obscured by the hazy (elements)
summary: good IPA; do love single (or limited number) hop bills... the peculiar lime tone was a highlight, and at the very least gave this a subtle differentiation compared to their other IPAs on hand (that said, I probably should've sampled the two other IPAs available yesterday which I'd yet to try, but in my experience the haze form and hype hops tend to homogenize these efforts)... at any rate, it did stand out, so I'm glad to have tried it; looking forward to other single-hop takes from them (1653)
