(16 oz can, no date on can; purchased cold 4-pack... poured into my Belhaven pub pint)
L: heavily-hazy, yellow-amber liquid; lovely rocky-bouncy mountain range of cottony foam... keeps a steady, thin, fuzzy cap; a bit of spitty lace
S: pine, menthol, mango, air freshener, orange-iced snack cake... grapefruit and citrusy gin overtones as it goes... popping potency
T: pine green-ness with a subtly-spicy, underlying gummy candy-like fruitiness... second sip expresses more of the earthiness of the hops, grain, and sediment... aftertaste is relatively dry and vaguely phenolic; fruited oatmeal note builds
F: rolling resinous round edges... bitterness builds a soft burn at the back of the palate, simmering long past the last sip... fine residual film coating the tongue... the back-end ghostly cut dryness is most notable; light but leaving its mark
O: dynamic and drinkable enough to thoughtlessly drink a couple cans or have a pint, but aside from its bold, broad, very green bitterness, and fruity flourishes, it seems a tad hollow in the middle, maybe lacking a tiny touch of malt sweet/round-ness... would most likely only grab another 4-pack if heading to a party (1843)

Pours a very cloudy light gold without much foam. Smell is pine and fruits. Taste follows without much bite. Not bad.
