Belgian-ish style beers, is a Foeder Aged Mixed Culture Saison that was primary fermented in stainless with our house mixed culture and then transferred & subsequently aged in one of our American oak foeders for eight months. Tanglewood was then can conditioned over the past three months for a bright & lively & very natural carbonation. Beyond those gorgeous soft vanilla & light oak notes we get from our American Oak Foeders, Tanglewood displays a lot of tart lemon meringue, grapefruit zest, and silky White Burgundy notes.
