Looks ok, hazy light golden with a rich fluffy head kept alive by lots of fizzy strings, till it turns to a very thin lace.
Smell of wheat, grass, herbs, faint citrus, bit funky, kinda like moldy bread.
Taste starts with crisp citrus (lots of peel) and soft white bread, lots of wheat and dry grains. Touch of fruit, with apple, pear and some faint banana. Crispness enhanced by nice yeasts and a spicy herbal note, with coriander, faint sage, some flower petals, even some lemongrass. Bit of grassiness, but hops feel totally absent, grainy finish.
Medium body and carbonation, traditional.
A by-the-book witbier, maybe a bit boring.
