20oz sharp pour (Sunday Only) at the brewery.
2 finger white head with a perfect line, great retention and lacing all the way down the glass.
Crystal clear and straw golden body.
Fresh aromas of cereal grains and toasted rice plus a hint of sulfur.
Sweet malt flavors initially and then balanced by a proper quick flash of grassy hop bitterness.
Light body with a creamy mouthfeel and medium levels of carbonation. Medium length and dry finish with more flavor than expected from a rice lager.
