20oz sharp pour (Sunday Only) at the brewery.
2 finger stark white and creamy head from a side pour faucet. Excellent retention and full lacing.
Clear and clean - straw golden body.
Perfumed aroma - floral, zesty citrus and a ‘sour’ honey.
Unique flavors - zesty fruit, tomato leaf, faint jalapeño. Earthy but lively with some light tropical notes as well.
Light body, mild carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel - side pour and sharp pour ??
