A very good Looker with a somewhat forceful pour that creates an abundant foam that lasts. Smells are mostly malt. Tastes are balanced, but also aren't much to talk about. A little depth here would be helped by a sterner yeast. Light to medium-mouthed. But I'm eating a sandwich again and this Hell is better than Harle's Keller I had two night ago (also with a sandwich.) If there is a lesson, it is that the Hell may be best with a typical sandwich but the Keller may be better with messy sandwich. Prost !
