The colour of the beer is reddish brown, perhaps chestnut. The liquid is clear. The foam is white, finely bubbled, high and persistent. It coats the glass very nicely.
Aroma is grassy, earthy and cellar-like, there are fruity notes (raspberry) and in the background there are 'country' accents, slightly wild and wet wood.
The taste is minimally sour and definitely more bitter. The bitterness feels 'dry' and has the character of wet wood and or fruit stones.
Saturation medium. Body medium. Round texture. Long bitter, stone fruit aftertaste.
