From brewery - one of their 3rd Anniversary imperial beers from late August 2024.
Crystal clear golden straw pour with a finger and a half of tight bubbly white head.
Smells of wet hay, slightly fruity and funky, spicy - peppercorns, and hints of bananas and bubblegum. As warmed floral aromas.
Sweet and fruity up front but sharp - funky yeast, banana, peppery with a spicy sharp finish.
Crisp bright medium mouthfeel, brisk carbonation lingering floral-fruity-funkiness with a champagne like feel.
Interesting, not my go to style but of their anniversary beers over the past two years my favourite.
